Course Overview
The Integrated Management Systems course provides the relevant knowledge and skills needed to audit ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.
During the course, you will build a foundational understanding of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems, ISO 45001 Occupational Health & Safety Management Systems, and ISO 14001 Environmental Management Systems.
This Integrated Management Systems course provides the relevant knowledge for those directly involved in developing, maintaining, improving, and monitoring an Integrated Management System of Quality, Safety and Environmental for their organisation, or those wanting to become qualified to audit all three standards.

Course Information
The Integrated Management Systems course program covers the foundations of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards with a focus on ISO Management Systems Standards. All activities and assessments are included within the course, with homework completed within the course duration. There are no post-course assessments.
Day 1: Course Introduction, Clause 4 and Clause 5
- Introduction to the Course: Overview of objectives, structure, and expectations.
- Clause 4: Understanding the context of the organisation, identifying internal and external factors that affect the business, and determining relevant interested parties.
- Clause 5: Leadership’s role, commitment to the management system, establishing policy, assigning roles, responsibilities, and authorities.
Day 2: Clause 6 and Clause 7
- Clause 6: Planning for the management system, addressing risks and opportunities, setting objectives, and planning to achieve them.
- Clause 7: Support mechanisms, including resources, competence, awareness, communication, and documented information.
Day 3: Clause 8, Clause 9, and Clause 10
- Clause 8: Operational planning and control, managing risks related to operational processes, and implementing processes to meet system requirements.
- Clause 9: Performance evaluation, monitoring, measurement, analysis, and internal audits.
- Clause 10: Improvement, nonconformity, corrective actions, and continual improvement.
Upon successful completion of the course, you will receive 3 globally recognised Exemplar Global Competency Units:
Exemplar Global -QM: Quality management systems
Exemplar Global -EM: Environmental management systems
Exemplar Global -OH45001: Occupational Health & Safety management systems
This course has the equivalent of 24 Continuing Professional Development (CPD) hours.
