Course Overview
Our ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems online course provides an introduction on the principles and practices of quality management. This course is designed to meet the requirements of the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Systems.
Participants will gain the necessary knowledge for understanding the application of the requirements of ISO 9001 within an organisation’s Quality Management System – from quality objectives and processes, to the importance of responding to customer feedback, and driving continuous improvement across an organisation. Upon completion of the course, participants will have the competency to establish and maintain an ISO 9001 Quality Management System.
The course includes a detailed overview of the clauses of the ISO 9001:2015 standard and assessments to achieve the Exemplar Global-QM Competency Unit.

This course has been developed under the Exemplar Global Training Provider and Examiner Certification Scheme (TPECS) to meet the requirements of the Exemplar Global-QM Competency Unit.
Upon successful completion of the course, you will receive the following globally recognised Exemplar Global Competency Unit:

This course has the equivalent of 8 Continuing Professional Development (CPD) hours.
There are no formal pre-requisites for this course.
This course is designed for individuals who have completed previous Lead Auditor training, such as the Internal & External Lead Auditor course, and have reasonable prior knowledge of ISO standards and/or Quality Management Systems.
It is most suited to:
- Managers, Team Leaders & Supervisors who have a part in maintaining the Quality Management System within their workplace or who are looking to implement a Quality Management System
- Quality & Compliance Managers in an operational environment who are responsible for managing quality assurance within their organisation
- Lead & Internal Auditors looking to expand their scope to audit Quality Management Systems
While the course is particularly beneficial for those employed in high-risk industries, the knowledge and skills developed can be applied in a systems assurance role in any industry.
